The Guarantee

Following international health standards, you are advise that within 10 days of recieving your kitten, we require you to take the kitten to a licensed veterinarian for a checkup. If the VET finds out within the first 10 days of purchasing the kitten that it is sick of an illness that has been contracte before the date of delivery, you should contact us immediately.

Our kittens are 100% safe, secure and guaranteed to be in good health and free from any signs of infection at the time we ship them to you. We take pride to say that our relationship with you doesn’t end once you take home a kitten from us. As a family of breeders and experienced kitten counselors, we would wish to believe that nothing can ever go wrong with our kittens. However, some things are not always in our control because a kitten’s health depends on many things like genetics, exercise, nourishment, and overall daily care

We don’t believe your kitten is replaceable due to emotional attachments but we do believe that sometimes the pains of losing a kitten can be reduce when we can offer you another kitten of equal value. In case of the unforeseen event of death within one year from its purchase date, or if the kitten is found to possess health disorders (within 1 year) which adversely affects the health of the Kitten, we’ll replace it with another kitten of equivalent value at no cost to you. The reason for death should be certified by a certified VET technician and we shall expect you to email us a copy of this health report.

Nothing makes us more happy than knowing that we did bring much joy into your home with one of our babies. We do constantly give you health advice to make sure your kitten remains healthy. Here are a couple of measures which will help: Send us a copy of the health examination (medical record) within 10 business days of receiving your kitten. The examination must be carried out by a license VET. Your kitten comes with age-appropriate vaccinations, so you do not need to vaccinate the kitten again. We do de-worm & vaccinate your kitten before shipping them to you, so we expect you to continue the proper de-worming & conducting regular health examinations up to 16 weeks of age or more so as to keep your kitten healthy and aware (as recommended by your VET).

Exceptions to this Guarantee

Failure to provide your kitten with regular vet care will go against this health guarantee. This health guarantee doesn’t cover any costs associated with spaying or neutering, including undescended testes.

We require all our kitten to undergo a thorough checkup before they are ship to you. This checkup is perform by our license vet who issues the Veterinary Health reports for all our kittens. This report certifies the health condition for every kitten against Cardiovascular, Skin, Coat, Eyes, Mouth, Teeth, Gums, Musculoskeletal, Respiratory, Ears, Urogenital and Gastrointestinal diseases.

This health report will be fill out on the date of shipping the kitten to you so that you are assure that the kitten’s health is guarante. This report is then review for any issues or concerns note by our veterinarian. And if there are any serious issues with the kitten then he/she will not be ship to you. We also require you to get your kitten examine by a licensed veterinarian within ten days of receiving the kitten. Thanks for your cooperation.
